Physical Activity Research
Understanding Activity and Inactivity in Our Places - EYPP
Working with East Yorkshire Place Partnership (EYPP) to undertake a community survey to explore physical activity behaviours, barriers and experiences in Goole, Withernsea and Bridlington. Our approach combines the rigour of Sport England’s Active Lives methodology with a rich place-based, relational model of fieldwork.
We're in phase 1 of the work, with survey data collection commencing in autumn/ winter 2026. The survey will act as a core learning tool within a wider place-based evidence system, and will support system-level conversations and decision-making.
